Melissa, Dean & Charlie wanted to have some family photos taken. They picked Middle Cove Beach and Government House grounds as our locations. Charlie was such a cutie we’ve invited him back to have some pictures taken in the fall! I can’t wait to see him playing in the leaves.
Andrea and Jonathan were married at the Rooms, which made for a truly unique and beautiful ceremony. The bridal party (Blue Steel Ladies?) was fantastic and so much fun to be around. We had to do all the shots prior to the ceremony and it decided to rain so that made for some interesting logistics but it all worked out in the end! Congratulations Andrea & Jonathan, I wish you two all the best! 
We just arrived home from Halifax where we participated in the “Craft Your Success Canadian Tour.” I have to say it was wonderful. If you are a photographer and were thinking of attending and haven’t quite decided, you should really check it out. There is a ton of valuable information on how to streamline your business, network with your peers and speed up your workflow. I had the opportunity to meet some fantastic photographers from Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick and even two wonderful ladies from right here, Lori Moss and Charla M.
Davide Greene and Michael Anderson were absolutely fantastic! They even came out to supper with a group of us at the end of the night. They offered plenty of truly practical advice that every photographer should be doing to enhance their business presence as well as information on how to better relate with our clients. They also spent a good deal of time talking about why we should be getting to know our local peers and helping each other out. Great advice guys! We plan to implement it. David Jay offered some great advice on speeding up the editing process as well as some great business advice on how to streamline almost every aspect of your business.
On a more personal note… It was absolutely fantastic getting to meet and hang out with my forum buddies Dave Getson, Micael Savoie, Tanya Smith, and Scott McIntyre. I made new friends with some truly talented photographers (Josh, Nick, Aaron, Tom, Lori, Charla, and a bunch more) and can’t wait to get together with you all again sometime in the future.

We took some pictures of a couple who were getting married in less than two weeks. I only brought one lens with me, but here are two of the photos I took of them.
We Travelled to St. Brides to shoot Jenine & Les’ wedding and had a fantastic time. My friend and colleague Tanya flew in from Halifax to assist on this shoot and she couldn’t have picked a better wedding to participate in! The bridal party was fantastic, the girls were fun and the guys were super bad (in a good way) We would have loved to stay the next day for the big party, with the fantastic group of family and friends you two have, I’m sure it was an amazing time. Congratulations you two! I wish you all the best in the years to come.
Congratulations Stephanie & Jamie! Thank you so much for letting us share your day. I have to say we had a lot of fun with you two, and your family and bridal party were hilarious! I still laugh when I think of the two ladies who happened in on our alley shoot!! I wish you two all the best in the years to come!

Congratulations Terri & Scott! We had a great time with you guys today. I have to say, Timbit was by far the best dressed puppy I’ve seen at a wedding! Unfortunately it rained, but you guys didn’t mind roughing it for a few pictures of St. John’s Harbour! I wish both of you (Oh! and Timbit too!) the best of luck in the years ahead. :)
